How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) Once dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm shipping.

What if my order does not arrive?

Please allow a minimum of 7 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) before contacting us for an update. Tracking numbers will be given when possible.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Can I still place my order through email or messenger?

We prefer all orders to be placed via the website. This will help keep all orders in one place so none will get missed.
